When you hire me as your photographer, the images I create remain under my copyright. Your payment covers my time to shoot and edit, as well as personal usage and limited commercial usage for social media, websites, and press. For advertising purposes outside this scope—such as billboards, album covers, merchandise, or other large-scale uses—licensing the images for specific purposes is standard. Licensing costs vary based on the number of images and scope of use but typically start at $300 per image or $1,750 for the full gallery. All usage rights will be clearly outlined in your contract.

After receiving your inquiry, I will discuss your vision with you over email or via Zoom/phone call if requested. After confirming the quote, we will finalize a date and time and I will send a contract, Google Calendar invite, and invoice. This invoice can be paid online or via check. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure all portrait shoots. If there is a location fee, it will be added to your invoice.

I carefully select and edit the best images from your shoot in my signature colorful style, with general enhancements like cropping, color correction, and minor touch-ups (e.g., acne removal). A few images are also provided in black and white unless otherwise requested. This first round of editing is included in the shoot fee. If additional retouching is requested, I’ll let you know if it requires an extra fee. I aim to keep edits realistic and will advise if a request may appear unnatural.

Final edited images will be delivered as digital files via a password-protected online gallery within two weeks of your shoot date unless otherwise agreed. Prints can also be ordered through this gallery for an additional fee.

I am based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but am available for shoots far and wide! Shoots occuring outside of the Baton Rouge area may result in additional travel fees.

I work with clients across various industries and projects of all sizes. To keep weekends available for event bookings, I strive to schedule all other shoots Monday through Friday.

Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable! Solid colors photograph best, while small prints like gingham or stripes don’t translate well on camera. If wearing heels, bring comfy shoes to change into between shots.

If it rains on your outdoor shoot day, we’ll work together to decide on a reschedule date. I value protecting my gear as much as you value staying dry!
